I finally finished and shared the video on the chronology of the Jews under Persia. I feel so great to have it done and available as a handy resource. I received some very good feedback from it.
Over the last few weeks, I have had some seasonal allergy problems. I plan to keep working, but it might be a while before I am able to record again.
Moving forward, I have two videos I am working on.
1) The first one will be the start of a series on What early Christianity believed about God. The first video in that series will be on the nature of God, that is, the Trinity.
2) The second video I'm working on is taking a look at 6 (or more!) passages and ask the question: do these passages belong in the Bible? The 6 passages I plan to analyze are:
-Matt 6:13 "For Yours is the power and glory forever."
-John 7:53-8:11 The story of the woman caught in adultery.
-Mark 16:9-20 The last 12 verses of Mark.
-John 5:3-4 About the angel who stirred the waters of the Jerusalem pool.
-1John 5:7-8 About the three who testify: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit--and these three are One.
-Acts 8:37 "If you believe with all your heart you may [be baptized]," and the eunuch's confession.
I might look at more verses than these, but this is a good start. Of course, I will be analyzing what the early Christians had to say about these passages.
